Our in-house Quality Control lab uses leading-edge technologies and strict process controls to ensure that your product is the highest quality.

Raw Materials

By developing long-term relationships with the best growers and suppliers, we
procure consistently high quality ingredients.

To assure ingredient integrity, we qualify every vendor and test each ingredient for
identity, purity, and potency at time of receipt. For probiotics and other temperature
sensitive ingredients, we use refrigerated storage.

Testing Through All Product Phases

  • Microbiological screening for TPC, Staphylococcus, Coliforms, E. coli,
    Enterobacteriaceae, Yeast, and Mold
  • Raw material identification by IR spectroscopy
  • Botanical identification by HPTLC
  • Mineral and metal analysis by AAS and ICP-MS
  • Assay and Potency verification by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
    (HPLC) and UV-Vis spectroscopy
  • Testing for tablet disintegration (including Enteric method), friability, shelf-life
    stability, fill-weight, and hardness

Shelf-life and Stability Testing

Beyond the initial testing of your raw materials, we also offer testing for potency
and quality of finished products. For shelf stability every formula has its own unique
needs – we can help you determine a protocol that is specific to your formula and
conditions.

Certifications and Memberships

Third party certifications mean we’ve met the highest standards as determined by
objective, independent auditors. We are USDA Organic certified, GMP certified
through the Natural Products Association, Kosher certified by Ko Kosher Service and
Halal certified by Islamic Services of America.

We are long-standing members of American Botanical Council,
American Herbal Products Association, Canadian Health Food Association,
and Natural Products Association.
